If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return your package within 30 days of your order date and you will receive a refund for all unopened and unused products, less $10.95 returned processing cost.

All items purchased and requesting a refund must be returned. Returned packages require authorization. To obtain authorization, please email us at cs@liposcilabs.com. We will then supply you with the details necessary for you to return your package. 

Please note that we cannot process packages marked "Return to Sender" or "Refused". This 30 day guarantee does not apply to returning or repeat customers who reordered the same product.
